To do that, right-click on the sound volume, and choose Sound Preferences. In the resulting dialog select the Input and Output tabs, unmute the device in each, and ensure that the input device is registering sound from your voice. System/Administration/Add/Remove Software b. type "twinkle" into the "find" box and click find c. check the box for the "twinkle" package 2) Run the twinkle application in one of the following ways: a. Select Applications > Internet > Twinkle from the main menu b. In a terminal, run 'twinkle' 3) Select "Ok" to create a profile.
