Instructions of how to assemble the CD stand
Michael Moore
Fedora CD stand
Assembly instructions:
Print both sides of the stand. If you were to print it on a transparency, it would look likethis when it's done. After a bit of folding, it'llcome out alright, trust us.
1
On your print out, there are light grey scissors.Cut the lines with the scissors, but only the segmentswhich have scissors on them. Those segments are colored here in red, for clarity.
2
Fold all the side flaps in the right direction. The three bottom flaps fold upwards. The top triangularflap folds under itself, and the resulting doubled overtriangle is folded downward. The top flap (left/above A) should be folded downward, while B and C are foldedupwards.
3
Use a gluestick to glue the flaps together. Put gluebetween 'a' and 'b', and glue them flat together. With 'c' at a 90 degree angle to its original position, glue 'd'on the outside of it ('c'). Glue 'e' on the outside of 'd' sothat the Fedora name is on the outside of the stand.

Notes: 1) It's ok if the lines don't print to the edge of the page.2) Use a heavier paper for better results. Office supply or scrapbooking stores should have some good brown paper.3) Don't forget to change the instances of "yourname" and "your email address" to something relevant!4) Depending on your printer's built in print area, you may have to shift the front or back in order for it to be centered on the page.
